Join us for a YEAR OF GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION in 2021!
Just like many of you, I have been at this a long time - meditation, mindfulness, yoga - all the things I can find to live the best life possible. And here is what is I have found so far: At the basis of all wellness practices, heck, even all spiritual practices, is APPRECIATION. Mindfulness yields gratitude, health yields gratitude, connection yields gratitude. But the opposite is also true. If we want more of these things in our life, CONNECTION, MEANING, HEALTH, VITALITY - GRATITUDE is key in getting there. 

Gratitude is not something we are born with, it has to be CULTIVATED. Really, what we are born with are these brains that lean towards FEAR, SCARCITY and ANXIETY. We have the potential to turn this around and RE-WIRE for LOVE, INNER PEACE and TRUST. But it is a PRACTICE.

And now we have a way at Ripple to get this practice down ALL YEAR LONG! 
Join us for our COMMUNITY READ of the book, GRATITUDE DIARIES by Janice Kaplan
  • This book takes a journalistic deep dive into gratitude with scientific research as well as inspiring anecdotes 
  • The book is laid out with monthly gratitude practices to address all aspects of your life - spouse, money, health, children, it is thorough!
  • You can choose to read this book over the course of the year or all at once, either way the practices are monthly so we will do this together all of 2021
  • Each month you will receive a short e-letter from me to get you going with journaling prompts, quotes, and simple practices 
  • We will be sharing ideas, challenges and check-ins in our private Facebook group to connect with others in the community reading and practicing along with you
  • These practices are simple, less than 5 minutes a day
  • This is an opportunity to once and for all get this really important practice under your belt!

  • Pay $10 to participate for the year - call in payment to Ripple or pay on Venmo @ripplewellness
  • Get a copy of the book!
There is NO GROUP MEET, no ZOOM commitment, just a community of people doing this together and checking in on Facebook, Instagram and out in the community when we see each other!
