We had a full house for our first Mindfulness & Meditation group! As we have quickly outgrown our Ripple space, our next group will be at Body Bliss Yoga Studio in downtown Camas on Sunday, February 2nd, 4:00-5:15pm.
Body Bliss has plenty of bolsters and blankets for sitting, if you prefer to sit in a chair, please bring one as we only have a handful. Register online here - hope to see you!
