Acupuncture at Ripple Wellness

Acupuncture is a modern take on an ancient practice, using gentle, strategic points to restore balance, reduce stress, and boost your body’s natural flow.

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this acupuncture office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and calm. I saw Michael, who is not only highly skilled, but also deeply compassionate. He took time to listen to my concerns and tailor each session to meet my specific needs. After a few treatments, I began to notice improvement in my anxiety symptoms and pain. I would highly recommend the Ripple wellness if you are looking for a healing experience that nurtures body and spirit."

Curious about acupuncture?

You’re in the right place.

At Ripple, our skilled acupuncturists have been helping patients heal since 2015. We treat a wide range of conditions, from acute and chronic pain to hormone imbalance, fertility, anxiety, neuropathies, digestive concerns, autoimmune issues, injuries, allergies and more.

Acupuncture is more than a treatment, it’s a reset. Many patients describe the experience as deeply calming, with a profound sense of release. There’s truly nothing like an acu-nap to ease tension and restore balance. Rooted in East Asian Medicine, our approach considers every part of your life: your body, mind, emotions, environment and lifestyle.  Healing happens when all these systems come into harmony.

What to Expect

Acupuncture sessions at Ripple often include complementary East Asian therapies designed to reduce inflammation, release muscle tension and speed healing. Depending on your needs, your visit may also include:

Cupping Therapy

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and fascia, helping to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. It’s especially effective for pain relief, tight shoulders, and stress.

Gua Sha

Gua sha is a manual therapy technique that encourages lymphatic flow and healthy circulation. It’s great for relieving tension, targeting pain and promoting natural detox.

Acupressure or Tui Na

These hands-on techniques use gentle pressure and movement along acupuncture channels to relieve pain, calm the nervous system and restore energetic flow. Think of it as acupuncture without needles.

Personalized Lifestyle or Nutrition Guidance

Wellness isn’t just what happens in the treatment room. We’ll work with you to explore small, sustainable changes in your diet, habits or routine that support long-term balance and healing.

Herbal Medicine Recommendations

We may suggest Chinese herbal formulas tailored to your specific symptoms and constitution. These remedies can gently support digestion, hormone health, mood, sleep, immunity and more.
