Mental Health Counseling Services

We’re proud to offer confidential Telehealth counseling services with licensed therapists Emilie Capanang and Justin Rinta. They work with clients across the lifespan and offer support for a wide range of challenges, from anxiety, depression, and trauma to grief, relationship issues, life transitions and stress.

At Ripple, we believe mental health is an essential part of whole-person wellness. Whether you're navigating a tough season or seeking deeper personal growth, our therapist are where to walk alongside you with empathy, skill and support.

What Therapy at Ripple Looks Like

You're not alone. Therapy is a space where you can pause, reflect and begin to make meaningful shifts with someone who really listens. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with mindfulness tools, breathwork and grounding practices to help you understand thought patterns, regulate emotions and build the resilience needed to navigate life with more clarity and ease.

We’ll support you in developing practical tools for

Self-awareness and emotional insight

Boundary setting and healthy communication

Stress management and nervous system regulation

Grief and trauma processing

Strengthening relationships

Personal growth and sustainable self-care
