Allyson Castillo
Office Manager
Allyson Castillo is our office manager at Ripple. She is the hub that keeps everything running smoothly, whether it’s managing billing, front end processes, or coordinating the many details related to your care, Allyson is at the center of it all. She also plays a key leadership role in supporting our team of providers and admin as well as owners, Emily and Jeff. From running every report to overseeing day-to-day operations, she ensures that both the clinical and business sides of Ripple function seamlessly. Her dedication, organization, and problem-solving skills make her far more than just an office manager—she is the glue that holds it all together.
Allyson is also a certified nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition Science from NUNM. Her passion for holistic wellness informs her approach to both her professional and personal life. She believes in nurturing well-being through everyday habits that create balance, vitality, and joy. Allyson’s love for wellness is deeply rooted in her commitment to practices that foster long-term health and energy.
When she’s not at work, Allyson enjoys sunny walks, where she can soak in nature’s beauty, as well as knitting, cooking nourishing meals, and spending quality time with her daughter, Juniper.

Daniel Vanderkin
Front Office Lead
Daniel Vanderkin is our Front Office Lead at Ripple. Working closely between reception and administration, you will see Daniel at our front desk and hear him over the phones helping to keep the day-to-day of the clinic flowing. In addition, Daniel is here to provide support to our Office Manager, Providers, and Owners wherever needed, from daily tasks to ongoing projects at the clinic.
Daniel brings varied professional experience to the Ripple Team, with a background in business ownership and administration, communication, training, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. Most recently, after ten years of being an owner-operator of a local marketing and website creation company, Daniel worked for a number of years as a Safety Specialist with a large manufacturing company in Vancouver. He has a passion for providing people-forward service, considered and conscientious communication, and support at a high level for the teams he’s a part of and the individuals under their care.
Born in Portland, raised in Vancouver, and residing in Washougal, when not at Ripple, Daniel is most often found rope-flowing or trail running in the local woods, playing music, or with his nose in a book and his cats (Ducky and Goose) on his lap.

Ali Trukken
Medical Receptionist
Ali is our medical receptionist at Ripple, and often the first friendly face or voice you’ll encounter. She oversees the schedule of every provider and is your go-to for any patient services or questions about your care. Ali’s warm presence and organizational skills help keep the flow of the clinic running smoothly, making sure every patient feels cared for from the moment they connect with us.
Ali graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 and then moved to San Diego where she managed several natural health clinics. Ali had plans to further her education to become an acupuncturist, but had a change of course after finishing her undergrad. She had a change of course when she was introduced to key patterns in patients that shared similar chronic illnesses: health complexities caused by repressed emotions and/or unresolved emotional trauma. She recently moved to Washington and is now enrolled in a dual degree through Portland State University in Social Work and Oregon Health and Science University in Public Health Promotion. She is passionate about bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine, as well as bridging the gap between physical and mental health!
When she isn't helping patients at Ripple or studying, you can find her hiking and backpacking with her dog, Olive, or making art out of wood for her small art business Holistia Design.
