Dr. Kellie Moore
ND, Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Kellie Moore, ND is a licensed naturopathic physician who partners with patients to improve their health through evidence-informed lifestyle medicine and personalized care. Her approach emphasizes nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, connection to nature and community, microbiome health, and environmental wellness.

Dr. Kellie works with patients ages 10 and older who are seeking a root-cause approach to health. She collaborates with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan focused on sustainable lifestyle changes and, when appropriate, targeted use of vitamins, minerals, herbs, hormones, and medications.

Dr. Kellie has a special interest in helping women navigate the menopause transition and improve metabolic health through individualized, evidence-based approaches to hormone balance, weight management, and healthy aging. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), with advanced training in evidence-based menopause and midlife women’s health care.
She also commonly helps patients address digestive disorders, thyroid and other hormonal health concerns, skin conditions, osteoporosis, cardiovascular risk factors, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, joint pain, and mood concerns.

Dr. Kellie believes lifestyle medicine is a powerful foundation for preventing and managing chronic disease and has supported patients facing complex health challenges, including mold-related illness, Lyme disease, long COVID, autoimmune conditions, cancer recovery, and surgical preparation.
​
Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, teaching and practicing yoga, reading, leading health retreats and workshops, and exploring the joys and challenges of parenting teenagers.

Born in Peru and raised throughout the western United States and Brazil, Dr. Kellie brings a multicultural perspective to her work. She provides care in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and sees Washington and California residents via telehealth.
