Emilie Capanang

Emilie Capanang is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Washington. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Hawai‘i at West O‘ahu and completed her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. Emilie has over seven years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, supporting clients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults.
Emilie’s therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based practices including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. She helps clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and family systems to create meaningful and lasting change.
Throughout her career, Emilie has worked extensively with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
She also has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, as well as children and families involved in the foster care system, including three years working closely with foster youth and their families. Emilie has additionally worked with veterans and older adults, giving her broad experience across diverse backgrounds and life stages.
Emilie is passionate about helping clients build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and deepen self-awareness. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.

​Justin Rinta
MA, LMHC, Mental Health Therapist
​Justin Rinta is a licensed mental health counselor for the state of Washington. His therapy techniques include mindfulness, strength-based, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical-behavioral. From 2012 to 2014, Justin earned his A.A in psychology while also playing collegiate baseball at Centralia College. He then transferred to Washington State University where he earned his B.S. in psychology. In 2018 he completed graduate school at Western Washington University where he earned his M.A. in rehabilitation counseling. Justin has over 5 years of counseling and clinical experience and has received over 3,000 hours of post-graduation supervision through CORE Health in Longview, WA.
Justin enjoys working with adults who are experiencing concerns with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues and trauma. He has worked in a psychiatric hospital for children. He has also worked in a homeless teenage shelter for at-risk homeless youth. More recently, for the division of vocational rehabilitation helping adults who live with significant mental health and physical disabilities. His goal at Ripple is to assist clients to become the author of their own lives. He encourages his clients to pursue a holistic approach to health, incorporating exercise, proper sleep and nutrition, nurturing relationships and activities they enjoy.
