Join us for an educational and grounding series designed to support and empower women through the profound transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
Time & Location

Camas Public Library, 625 NE 4th Avenue C
About the event
Menopause can bring a lot of change, and sometimes it feels like everything is shifting at once. Join mental health therapist Kirstin Gurney, LICSW, and yoga therapist Emily Olson for a supportive, roundtable conversation about navigating stress, burnout, and the mental and emotional challenges of this season of life.
Together, we’ll explore how menopause and life transitions affect our stress levels, mood, and well-being, while sharing tangible tools to help you feel more grounded, manage stress, and better support yourself through change.
This is a roundtable, so bring your questions! We’ll make space for open conversation, shared experiences, and the things you’ve been wondering about. Let’s talk about it together.
