Allyson Castillo, Office Manager

Allyson is our office manager at Ripple, overseeing all the billing, scheduling and any other details related to your care. Aside from being an administrative savant, Allyson is also a certified nutritionist and has a Master’s degree in Holistic Nutrition Science.
When it comes to wellness, she loves a holistic approach and the way she feels energized by supporting her wellbeing through everyday habits. Prior to finding her place at Ripple, she worked at a naturopathic clinic in Bend, Oregon where she managed their front office and learned the ins and outs of medical insurance billing. In her free time you can find her on a nice sunny walk, knitting, cooking, or hanging out with her daughter, Juniper.

Ali Trukken, Lead Receptionist

Ali is our lead medical receptionist at Ripple, which means she oversees the schedule, handles all insurance verification and is your go-to for any patient services. Ali graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 and then moved to San Diego where she managed several natural health clinics. Ali had plans to further her education to become an acupuncturist, but had a change of course after finishing her undergrad. She had a change of course when she was introduced to key patterns in patients that shared similar chronic illnesses: health complexities caused by repressed emotions and/or unresolved emotional trauma. She recently moved to Washington and is now enrolled in a dual degree through Portland State University in Social Work and Oregon Health and Science University in Public Health Promotion. She is passionate about bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicine, as well as bridging the gap between physical and mental health!
When she isn't helping patients at Ripple or studying, you can find her hiking and backpacking with her dog, Olive, or making art out of wood for her small art business Holistia Design.
