Massage Therapy with Ashley Nelson, Jen Tanguay, Kaitlyn Swanburg & Tara Fritz

Massage therapy is a timeless healing art that can yield powerful results. Our skillful, compassionate touch will ease pain and provide comfort for your body and mind. Through massage, you can reach a calmer state where improved healing is possible.
Our massage therapy is focused on results and relaxation. Each massage is customized to address your unique needs to help you on your path to health and well-being. Massage therapy can help address many types of painful and chronic conditions by releasing myofascial restrictions, breaking up adhesion and scarring, increasing circulation and relaxing tense muscles. In addition to providing much needed stress relief, massage therapy can also alleviate ongoing mental conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Myofascial Release: This therapy helps remodel damaged fascia to ease pain and restore range of motion.
Deep Tissue: This technique is about skilled, sustained pressure to problem areas with handwork or tools when indicated.
Hot Stone Massage: Incorporates warm, oiled stones as a tool to decrease restriction and direct energy downward.
Pre and Postnatal Massage: Utilized to increase comfort and relaxation for mothers and decrease low back and hip strain that often accompanies pregnancy and delivery.
Ashiatsu Massage: This therapy is a massage technique that involves the application of the practitioner’s feet, rather than the hands and arms, to a patient’s body. It is translated from Japanese as foot pressure. The therapist off-weights their body utilizing bars on the ceiling.
Respiratory Massage: Respiratory massage is helpful for people who feel a restrictive breathing patten. Our therapists use cupping, deep tissue and myofascial release techniques to address all primary and secondary muscles of respiration.
Swedish Massage: This therapy is relaxing, restorative and very effective for many types of pain.
