Our Two Somatic Offerings
We offer confidential telehealth Hakomi-based somatic support with Somatic Coach and Certified Hakomi Practitioner Brian Bump. This mindfulness-based somatic practice invites gentle awareness of sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise in the present moment. Rather than problem-solving or diagnosis, sessions focus on cultivating curiosity,
self-trust, and an embodied sense of safety.
Hakomi may be supportive for those navigating chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, limiting beliefs, neurodiversity, or spiritual inquiry.
We also offer yoga and breathwork experiences designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied presence. These practices emphasize accessible movement, conscious breathing, and rest to help the body shift out of stress responses and into greater ease.
Our yoga and breathwork offerings are held in person at Lacamas Lodge, providing a grounding, nature-connected environment that supports slowing down and reconnecting with the body.
