Join us for a candlelit evening of breath, movement, and deep connection at Lacamas Lodge. Guided by yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Emily Olson, this 90-minute circle blends gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, chanting, and light-hearted movement, all in rhythm with the season. You will be guided into an experience of deep rest and renewal. Allow yourself to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and step gently into the calm and clarity of the season.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, laugh, and release. This space is for you, all levels welcome. DATE: Wednesday, December 10th
