Yoga & Breathwork 

Emily Olson, certified yoga therapist and breathwork facilitator, has been teaching yoga since 2005 and working with private yoga clients since 2010. While she is not currently taking new private clients, she continues to share these powerful practices through seasonal wellness events and community talks throughout the year.

At Ripple, we believe movement and breath are powerful medicine. Through yoga and breathwork, we access a deeper connection to the body, calm the nervous system and create space for healing from the inside out.

Where to Experience Yoga & Breathwork with Ripple

You can find yoga and breathwork woven into our Seasonal Wellness Circles at Lacamas Lodge in Camas. A gathering where we blend movement, mindfulness, sound healing, breathwork and community connection. These sessions offer a space to ground, release and reset with practices tailored to the season.  

Emily also leads several workshops and wellness talks in the broader community, offering accessible guidance on breathwork, stress regulation and using yoga, movement and posture tools for pain relief, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Through these offerings, you’ll explore

Breath techniques to shift mood and energy

Mindfulness tools for stress, anxiety and overwhelm

Practical strategies for creating a meaningful home practice

While Emily isn’t currently offering private sessions, Ripple’s approach to wellness always includes the breath, whether it's in a workshop, a community event or woven into your care with other practitioners. Our goal is to meet you where you are and support your path forward, one breath at a time.
